The CX UNO IP is based on the CX IP Matrix series. This guarantees a high level of quality and compatibility across multiple server hardware and software platforms.

High-performance IP access
The CX UNO IP comes with 8 or 16 computer ports. Depending on the required interface, Server Access Modules (SAMs) can be chosen from either PS/2, USB or Sun. All platforms are available with stereo audio support for speakers too! Servers can be placed up to 10 metres away from the switch. With a simple CATx cable to interconnect. Besides the local console port, the CX UNO IP offers an IP access port at the front of the unit. The IP engine supports resolutions up to 1600 x 1200 at 60Hz to ensure there is enough power to allow smooth KVM over IP control.

High-performance KVM console
The CX UNO IP is provided with a high performance local KVM console connection that supports USB keyboards and mice, high quality video and stereo-digital audio. That way you can use USB keyboards and mice to control your computers in the server room or an IP connection to access systems from elsewhere. An OSD function also makes setup and control of the simple. In combination with a RS-232/V.24 power switch you get even a complete hard reboot function.

Small form factor
Less than half the width of a standard 19" mountable device, the CX UNO IP supports via cascade with a CX UNO (KV0161A) up to 31 servers in 1U of rack space. Together with a KVM drawer like the ServView it is an ideal solution for dense server rack environments with IP-based remote control options.

Integration into Wizard.Net
The CX UNO IP is compatible with Wizard.Net enterprise management software and integrates nicely with Wizard IP/IP Plus, CX IP and Wizard DXS installations. Wizard.Net provides centralised authentication and management of multiple locations. Wizard.net Version 1.1x for up to 1 Mio targets is already intregated within the switch.
